Unissued US GI cotton pouch with carry strap and inner tough plastic container, originally used to hold a belt of 200 linked rounds for the M249 SAW, and a nice-looking military "souvenir", but you can use it to carry two loaded M14 mags, with room for extra 5-rd clips. Has tie-down strap for leg.
